Try these little beauties for a tasty treat!
1.5 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin
1 tbsp Nuferm Organic Green Barley Grass Powder (You can add more if you like)
2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
Simply pour coconut milk into saucepan, sprinkle over gelatin and allow mixture to ‘bloom’ for 5 minutes. Your looking for a brain like appearance here, very awesome! Whisk over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Turn off heat and wait a few minutes to cool, add green barley powder and maple syrup and pour into silicon moulds or glass container. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or best overnight till firm, turn out of moulds or cut into pieces and saviour those scrumptious greens.
