Nuferm’s Get Out of Me is a powder which, when mixed with water, will cleanse and clear the bowel. Start with a tip of a tsp and build to 1/2 tsp in water daily. Take for 7 days only, rest for 7 days and start again if needed.
Do not use if pregnant or for under 12 years of age.
