How to enjoy
1 teaspoon per day, approximately 5g. Add one serving to a small to medium glass of water. Stir to make a delicious, high magnesium beverage. Do not exceed recommended amount. Magnesium Plus can be enjoyed on its own or can be mixed with Nuferm's Buffered Vitamin C powder for an extra boost.
